Shipment processing time
To allow us to focus on quality, we restrict the numbers of brownies that can be ordered at any one time. As such, we only dispatch twice weekly, on a Tuesday (for general midweek arrival) and Thursday (for general weekend arrival).
We deliver throughout Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scotland, Wales and England. Unfortunately we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland and The Channel Islands due to potential delays caused by the new customs arrangements. This may be changed at a later day.
No signature is required on delivery.
It is advised that you have a safe, secure and weathertight area suitable for receipt of your delivery to avoid weather damage or theft of your purchase. Gold & Browne’s cannot accept liability for products damaged or lost at delivery point. As our brownies presentation boxes are packaged in an outer postal box they may be unsuitable for letterbox delivery.

Gold & Browne’s is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or email us at info@goldandbrownes.com to file a claim Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Gold & Browne’s do not offer a returns policy due to the nature of the business. However should an order arrive and did not meet your satisfaction please contact us and a member of our team will be in touch with you to offer support.
